1200 USD/month full-time or 50,000 TRY/month local contract

About the Role

Tasks to be completed:

Quality control and feedback: provide detailed feedback on completed tasks to ensure compliance with quality standards

Task instruction management: monitor, maintain, and improve task instructions

Chat administration and support: lead task-related discussions, address questions, and offer expert guidance

Issue escalation: identify and escalate issues related to search engine processes

Handling complex assignments: perform and oversee non-standard or sensitive tasks requiring deep expertise

Equipment required:

Desktop or laptop computer (not a smartphone or tablet)

Reliable internet connection for video conferencing

Basic proficiency in tools such as Google Docs, Trello, and browsers

Join the project if you:

Native Turkish speaker with deep cultural and linguistic understanding

Able to distinguish local dialects, expressions, and contextual nuances

Familiar with Turkish cultural and social contexts, including humor and colloquialisms

Have English proficiency at the B2 level or higher to communicate with international teams

Have experience in training or task coordination (preferred)

Remote task format

Minimum involvement: 30 hours per week. Strong preference for coverage from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Turkey time)

Task-based compensation (approximately 1200$ per month)

Registration for this project is carried out through Gini

Pay attention to detail and communicate clearly

Can perform independently and handle a range of assignments

Have experience with crowdsourcing platforms such as Appen, Lionbridge, Remotasks, Clickworker, or OneForma — would be a plus
