Senegal İnsani Yardım Gönüllü ESC Projesi 05/09/2023 – 31/08/2024 EVS ESC European Solidarity Corps projesinde Avrupa Dayanışma Programı faaliyetinde bulunacak katılımcılar aranmaktadır!
Through literature review and field visits to sites of implementation of research and innovation projects, you will support AAH Research & Development Dept, and AAH-Senegal to create training content on research and innovation in humanitarian context; With the support of the field office team, you will learn and support the administrative management of research projects, and the implementation of the uptake component of research projects (revision of the strategy, learning management, material production, etc.).
ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
Your duty station will be Dakar with missions in the field. You will have a standard of living similar to the standard in the country. The working calendar will be corresponding to the agenda and system established in the field. For each month of voluntary activity two days of rest are earned, in addition to public holidays. Travel, visa, pre-deployment medical check, mandatory vaccinations for the country, accommodation (AAH Guesthouse) and allowance will be covered. In case of need, Fewer Opportunities support will also be provided.
TRAINING DURING THE ACTIVITY
As an ESC Humanitarian Aid Volunteer, you will attend online before and on-site induction at the arrival to your deployment Mission. Training during deployment will also be offered to improve your skills and competences.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
You have a Communication, social sciences, research or project management-related degree, and knowledge of French (mandatory). Spanish and/or English are an asset. You have also good communication and analytical capacities. No specific experience is required.
