What you’ll do:
- Liaise with hotel teams to plan and coordinate on-site activities
- Build system databases and set up hardware/network
- Lead classroom training and provide go-live support
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal/external support teams
- Ensure smooth system interfacing and on-site communication
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in system or software implementation in the hospitality industry
- Confident in delivering in-person training to staff
- Comfortable with tech setup (hardware, network, database config)
- Strong communication, organisation, and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (80-90%)
