About the Project
The Youth Exchange will take place from 12th-21st June 2025 (including travel days) in Eskisehir, Turkiye by bringing together 36 participants from Germany, Turkiye, Spain, Denmark, Romania and Greece. As a response to the growing need for environmental protection and youth inclusion, partners decided to organize a youth exchange with the aim to equip young people with skills in non-formal education, promote green habits, foster environmental awareness, and support the social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, contributing to a more sustainable and united Europe.

Accommodation & Meals
- Participants will stay at Hızırbey Student Dormitory in Eskişehir, Türkiye.
- Accommodation and meals are fully covered by the Erasmus+ program.
- Special dietary requirements will be accommodated—please indicate any needs in the form.
Travel & Reimbursement
- Travel costs will be reimbursed up to the Erasmus+ travel limits after full participation and submission of required documents.
- Participants must arrange their own travel to Batumi and keep all original receipts, boarding passes, and invoices for reimbursement.
Objectives of the Exchange
✅ Help young people understand environmental protection through international collaboration and non-formal education.
✅ Encourage green solutions to improve the quality of life and promote environmental awareness among EU citizens.
✅ Support the adoption of green habits and endorse solutions for environmental protection and sustainable use of natural resources.
✅ Facilitate international networking and share methods, solutions, and ideas for environmental protection.
✅ Spread solutions for sustainable eco-development and responsible use of natural resources within the EU.
Who Can Participate?
- Young people interested in sustainability, climate change, and renewable energy.
- First-timers welcome! Never done Erasmus+ before? Perfect!
- Passionate about nature? If you care about the environment, we want you!
- Team player? We value everyone’s unique background and ideas.
- Like helping out? Volunteer experience is a plus (but not required).
- Want to demonstrate your culture? Ready to share traditions and learn others? Awesome!
- Participants with fewer opportunities: This project is a chance to involve fewer opportunities. The Erasmus+ Programme aims at promoting equity and inclusion.Their interest and motivation is enough to be eligible for the project.
Important Notes
- This is a non-formal education program, meaning learning happens through interactive activities, group discussions, and creative methods.
- Participation in all sessions is mandatory to receive travel reimbursement.
- You will receive a Youthpass Certificate upon completion, recognizing your learning experience.
