About the Role

PGC Digital (brand identity of PradeepIT Global Consulting Pvt Ltd) is a Tier-2 SAP Edge Partner with a strong global presence across India, Singapore, USA, UK, Canada, and UAE. We specialize in SAP consulting, managed services, and AI-enabled talent acquisition.

We are hiring Turkish-language analysts to help enhance and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs). This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects while working remotely on a flexible 6-week contract.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Analyze Turkish content and create test scenarios that improve LLM accuracy.
• Provide accurate answers and detailed explanations in Turkish, ensuring high-quality model outputs.
• Perform technical tasks and simulation activities (JSON/technical familiarity preferred).
• Collaborate with global teams to support product validation and localization accuracy.
• Deliver tasks on time with strong attention to detail.

Skills & Qualifications

• Native or professional proficiency in Turkish.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to providedetailed feedback and constructive annotations.
• Creative and lateral thinking ability.
• Self-motivated and able to workindependently in a remote setup.
• Basic technical knowledge (JSON, Excel, Google Suite preferred).

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields.
• Prior experience in writing, editing, translation, analysis, or research.

Assessment & Onboarding Process

• Technical Assessment (Vetsmith/RedSmith): 15–20 min offline test (simulation + MCQs).
• Language Assessment: Written responses in Turkish.

Compensation

💲 $10/hour average

💲Up to $14/hour (depending on location)
