Responsibilities:

  • Sell and cross-sell company products and services.
  • Maintain and update customer information in our database.
  • Assist the team and manager with ad hoc sales projects as required.
  • Provide high-end customer service for new and potential customers and partners.
  • Act as the primary sales contact for various client types and consult with customers remotely.
  • Conduct professional telephone/online meetings/email conversations to identify customer needs.
  • Generate new sales/business leads, develop commercial proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to customers, sending out commercial offers, and following up.
  • Representing the company at industry-specific meetings and international exhibitions.
  • Report sales performance results and achievements weekly.
  • Make recommendations based on interactions with customers and prospects.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background, a Master’s degree or MBA will be an advantage.
  • Fluent English and Turkish language skills (both spoken and written) are required because the company operates exclusively on international B2B markets and company’s clients are foreign enterprises.
  • At least 2 years of successful work experience in B2B sales.
  • Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word) skills.
  • Preferably, if you have experience working in iGaming, PSPs, eCommerce, or IT.
  • Motivation and interest in building a successful career in the sales area.
  • You must be an energetic and customer-oriented personality, a strong team player who can work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
  • Good presentation, argumentation, and communication skills.
