With Us, You Will Be Responsible
- Regularly enters commercial decision report outcomes into the system on a daily basis.
- Notifies the relevant manager in case of any non-standard situation in reports marked as “Passed” or “Failed.”
- Prepares products and samples in advance when they are to be sent to the head office following a commercial decision.
- Performs a weekly system check of all entered commercial decision reports at the end of each week.
- Archives documents and decision reports related to the Commercial Decision Department by relevant unit.
- Initiates requests for general supplies (e.g. stationery) needed by the team and ensures procurement through the Purchasing Department.
- Inputs factory inspection reports into the SAP system.
- Compares factory and warehouse inspection results and shares a monthly report.
- Reports the daily work schedules of managers to the head office.
The Candidate We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in a relevant field (Translation or related Field ).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset and result-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work with sensitive data in line with confidentiality principles.
- Strong written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
